Shipping:
All products that are in stock will be shipped within 3-5 business days from the time order has been placed. Although shipping times may vary, and in most cases will be shorter, please allow up to 10 business days to receive items unless otherwise notified.
International Shipping: We will ship overseas, but only under certain conditions. If you do not live in the U.S. and want to purchase from us, please send us an email. We will send you the special details on our international shipping policy.
Returns:
All items carry a 30 day return policy as long as the product has not been used. Any used product will not be returned. Please verify order when purchasing to confirm purchase of the correct product. In case of a return, send an email to OriginalCinsLLC@aol.com for details on return shipping address and procedure. Please also include the name of the product ordered, item #, and reason for return. If return is is accpted, we will return the full purchase price of the product (minus shipping costs) as soon as product has been received.
Payment:
We accept payment for all orders via PayPal, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover Card over a secure network.. Payment is required at the time of purchase. Some items do require special payment options and guidelines. Please email for details. Any order over $1,000.00 requires payment to be made with PayPal or Discover. No Exceptions. We will not accept payment via MasterCard or Visa credit card on any order over $1,000.00
Large Orders:
We do have the capability to fulfil large quantity orders. **Please note** Any order over with a dollar amount of $1,000.00 or over, no matter the quantity, requires payment via PayPal or Discover. We do not accept orders over $1,000.00 with credit card payments from Visa or MasterCard.
Taxes:
If you purchase from WaveCrafts.com and live in the state of Ohio, you will be charged sales tax of 7.75%. This is the current sales tax rate in the county of Cuyahoga in the state of Ohio.

WaveCrafts.com offers a price match guarantee on all items before time of purchase. If you find the exact product (not a competitor's version) that we sell on our site at a lower price on another site, please send us an email and we will see if we can match the price of the item being sold. We will NOT offer this price match on any item being sold on ebay.com or similiar aution sites. We reserve the right to decline any price match offer at anytime.
